These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and institutional partners. CIGMA India (Career Information & Guidance Movement for All) reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the most current version.

CIGMA India makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website — including career guidance, test results, program details, and educational resources — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.
Career guidance and psychometric assessments provided through our services (Alpha, Beta, and Gamma Career Tests) are advisory in nature. Results should be considered as one of several inputs in a student’s or professional’s career decision-making process, not as definitive prescriptions.
CIGMA India makes no warranty that the website is free from technical errors, viruses, or other components that may cause disruption. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice.
CIGMA India and its affiliates, faculty, associates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of — or inability to use — this website or its services.

2. Use of the Website & Services

You may browse, download, and print content from cigma.in solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of website content without prior written permission from CIGMA India is strictly prohibited.
You may not use automated scripts, bots, web crawlers, or any other automated tools to access, scrape, or compile data from cigma.in. Any attempt to extract data in bulk or build derivative databases from our content is forbidden.
Users must not submit false information when registering for career tests, programs, or the helpline. CIGMA India reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation in any program if false or misleading information is provided.
Our career helpline (9241 778866) is intended for genuine career queries by students, parents, and educators. Misuse, abusive communication, or commercial solicitation through the helpline is not permitted.
Content and guidance from this website must not be used for any unlawful, unethical, or anti-social purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on cigma.in — including but not limited to the CIGMA brand name, logo, career test frameworks (Alpha, Beta, Gamma), training methodologies, workshop materials, written articles, videos, images, and program structures — is the intellectual property of CIGMA India. No licence of any intellectual property rights is granted to users merely by virtue of accessing this website. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of CIGMA’s proprietary content may result in legal action.

4. Program & Workshop Participation

Registration for CIGMA programs — including Career Yatra, Discover Memory Workshop, eCubate, Speed Maths Workshop, and Leadership Training — constitutes agreement to the specific program terms communicated at the time of registration.
CIGMA India reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be duly notified and offered an alternative date or a refund at CIGMA’s discretion.
Participant behaviour during workshops must be respectful towards facilitators and fellow participants. CIGMA India reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without entitlement to a refund.
Photographs and videos may be taken during CIGMA programs for documentation, media, and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings being used by CIGMA India across its platforms.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of program registrations or product orders must be submitted to info@cigma.in within 7 days of payment.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 working days. CIGMA India’s decision in matters of refund eligibility shall be final.
If you are not satisfied with a career counselling session or test report, please write to us. CIGMA India may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative session or assessment in lieu of a monetary refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled program or session.
CIGMA Products (books, test kits, and other physical materials) can only be returned if received in a damaged or defective condition. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt, with supporting photographs.

6. Cookies & Data Usage

By accessing cigma.in, you consent to the use of cookies that help us improve your browsing experience, remember preferences, and analyse site traffic. You may configure your browser to decline cookies, though this may affect the functionality of certain features on the website.
